Ravioli with Spinach in Parmesan Tomato Cream Sauce


This delicious pasta dish looks (and tastes!) impressive, but it comes together in just minutes.  As always, I recommend serving it with a side of Buttery Texas Toast.

Ravioli with Spinach in Parmesan Tomato Cream Sauce

1 lb hot, cooked ravioli
4 cups tomato sauce
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh baby spinach

Over medium heat, whisk together the tomato sauce, cream, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.  Add the spinach.  Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes, or until spinach is wilted.  Serve over the ravioli.
