I Should Have Lied

At least they're NICE sweat pants.

The other day, I bought four pairs of (very nice) athletic pants at Old Navy. Curious, the cashier asked me, "Are you starting a new workout regimen?"

Oh, how I wanted to maintain a shred of dignity by saying "Yes." But I tend to be a pretty honest person. The truth always has a way of just slipping out. And so I answered her honestly, "No, I'm just planning to spend the rest of my pregnancy in sweat pants."

And then I died.
